The Federal High Court in Abuja has granted the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission permission to access and analyse electronic devices recovered from the residence of former Kaduna State governor Nasir El Rufai.

The court’s decision is expected to enable the anti corruption agency to carry out forensic analysis of the electronic equipment to determine their relevance to the investigation.
