Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate Peter Obi have expressed deep sorrow over the death of former Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Chief Audu Ogbeh.

Ogbeh, who once served as National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party from 2001 to 2005, died unexpectedly, leaving the political community and many Nigerians in shock. Atiku described him as a patriot and principled politician who played a key role in strengthening democracy and contributing to national development. He noted that Ogbeh’s time in leadership left a lasting impact on the country.
