Obi expressed concern that such activities are misleading the public and may deceive unsuspecting Nigerians into believing he is connected to businesses or investment offers he knows nothing about. He noted that the actions of these individuals are purely for personal and financial gain, warning that they amount to misrepresentation and fraud.

He clarified that he has no link to any online endorsement, advertisement, or business promotion, stressing that he has never granted permission for his image or identity to be used for profit-making purposes. Obi further stated that any ongoing or future promotions claiming his involvement should be treated as fake and dishonest.

The Labour Party leader urged Nigerians to be careful when coming across online content using his name to sell products, solicit funds, or promote investment platforms. He advised the public to verify all information about him through his official and verified communication channels to avoid being misled.

Obi reaffirmed his commitment to transparency in all his public engagements and assured that any authentic message or initiative connected to him will always be shared through trusted and official sources.
